The Iron Lab was born from a simple but powerful idea: Friona deserved a great gym.
Founded by Marcos Valenzuela, Servando Valenzuela, and Lupe Rios, our mission has always been to serve the community first. We wanted to create a new kind of environment where people can lift, train, and work on themselves without judgment or intimidation.
This isn't about building the fanciest gym or making the most money. It's about giving our neighbors and friends a place where they can pursue their fitness goals, challenge themselves, and be part of something bigger.
